Regular Monthly Plan Commission Minutes
November 3rd, 2010
The meeting was called to order and those present were, Curt Moen, Sean Shilling, Heidi Hankley, Kelly Hermanson, Eric Peterson, Carol Helmeid, Bob Helmeid, Nancy Anderson, Dan Reeson, William Kuenze, Jodi Bubenzer, Brian Bubenzer, Nan Rudd, Bob Rudd, Dick Jaeger, Dave Hermanson, Dan Truttman, and Sandy Bubenzer.
The Secretary’s report was read and a motion to approve as read was made by Sean and 2nd by Heidi. Minutes approved.
Coreen Fallot from the DATCP spoke to us about Agricultural Enterprise Areas. At least five eligible farm owner petitioners are required. An eligible farm is one that produced at least $6,000.00 in gross farm revenue during the preceding tax year of this petition, or at least $18,000.00 in gross farm revenues during the three taxable years immediately preceding the year of this petition.

The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. Roll Call was taken and those present were, Curt Moen, Don Anderson, Kelly Hermanson, Brian Bubenzer and Dan Truttmann. A motion to approve the Secretary’s report as read was made by Don and 2nd by Kelly. Motion Carried.
The county doesn’t have a transfer tax fee. The buyer should pay the $500.00 fee and if they don’t pay, then it reverts back to the seller. Is there a way we can flag a parcel to make it easier to keep track of?

The meeting was called to order at 8:02 p.m. Roll Call was taken and those present were, Curt Moen, Don Anderson, Sean Shilling, Heidi Hankley, and Kelly Hermanson. The secretary’s report was read and a motion to approve as read was made by Heidi, 2nd by Sean, motion carried.
Sean reported to us on the town board meeting.
We will leave the Proposed Tiered Land Division as is.
Our next meeting will be January 6, 2009.
Motion to adjourn was made by Curt, 2nd by Heidi, meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.

December 5th, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 p.m., and roll call was taken. Those present were, Curt Moen, Sean Shilling, Don Anderson, Kelly Hermanson, and Heidi Hankley. The secretary’s report was read and a motion to approve the minutes as read was made by Sean, 2nd by Don. Motion carries.
The tiered land division was discussed. We will be presenting it to the town board at their Dec. meeting. Attached is a copy of the tiered land division that will be presented to the town board.
Motion to adjourn by Sean, 2nd by Heidi. Meeting adjourned at 9:08p.m. Our next meeting will be Wednesday January 2,2008.
