Regular Monthly Board Meeting
January 10, 2012
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. Verification of proper notice was given. After a minor change in the December minutes, Dan Truttmann move to approve the December minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann presented the December Profit and Loss statement along with the Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual for the entire year. Some discussion ensued concerning the categorizing of some expenses for the year. A few changes were made to everyone’s satisfaction.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson, along with two concerned citizens. Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Truttmann move to approve the November minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann had done some reclassifying of accounts to reflect expenses more accurately, especially wage withholding.
Bills-Bills were presented for a new truck display, limestone chips, repair parts, reimbursement to Wayne Bue, and a bill from Steve Hermanson for road work done –for a total of $1809.82.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. Verification of Proper Notice was given. Steve Hermanson move to approve the October meeting minutes, Dan Truttmann 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer Report- Ann Carlson presented the October Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual Report and discussed possibly issuing 1099’s next year for per diems.
Bills- Bills from Advance Concrete, Sloan Implement, General Communications were presented. Ann presented bills for dog license fees and a treasurer’s bond. She also was seeking approval for her tax collection software fee from J. Mauel, the amount yet unknown. Dan Reeson move to approve the bills, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson. Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Truttmann move to approve the September meeting minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann Carlson presented the September profit and loss statement as well as the profit and loss budget vs. actual. The last payment for transportation aid has been received and will appear on the October statement.
Bills- Wayne had work done on the IHC truck, and has been working on the tractor. Bills were presented for an air filter, parts from Sloan Implement and two bus stop signs for $115.00. Ed Klitzke will paint the IHC.

Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Truttmann move to approve the August, 2011 minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann Carlson presented the August, 2011 Profit and Loss statement, along with the January through August, 2011 Profit and Loss Budget versus Actual report, noting that we were a little over budget on the Highway Contracted Work.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson, along with a number of concerned citizens. Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Truttmann move to approve the July minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann presented the January through July Budget verses actual income and expenses.
Bills- Wayne presented bills from Fastenal, East Side Farm Equipment, and Sloan. The Board reviewed all bills to be paid this month. The Town did receive a FEMA payment of $5777.95 for the February snow emergency. Also, Dan Truttmann move to approve the 2011-2012 prepaid LP Contract of 800 gallons at $1.999 per gallon, totaling $1590.20, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson, along with Todd Larson, Plan Commission member. Treasurer Ann Carlson was not present. Verification of proper notice was given. Steve Hermanson move to approve the June, 2011 minutes, Dan Truttmann 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- The Board reviewed the Profit and Loss Budget and felt that the Town appeared to be right on track for the year.
Bills- Wayne presented bill for concrete blocks $295.40, blacktop for Nick Miller, and sprays from Helena Chemical Co. Also, there should be two loads of gravel for Dan Truttmann plus one hour of tractor work for Wayne Bue ($45.00). Dan Reeson move to approve the bills, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.

The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson and Clerk Nancy Anderson along with Marcelino Miranda, Jr. who was sworn into office for the Rural Land Conservation Committee. Verification of proper notice was given. Dan Truttmann move to approve the May, 2011 minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann Carlson presented the Profit and Loss Budget versus Actual which was reviewed by the board. Dan Truttmann asked Ann to include a column with just the activity for the prior month on future reports.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present were Chairman Dan Reeson, 1st Supervisor Dan Truttmann, 2nd Supervisor Steve Hermanson, Treasurer Ann Carlson, and Clerk Nancy Anderson along with citizen Marcelino Miranda and Highway Commission representative Jeff Wunchell. Verification of proper notice was given.
Dan Truttmann move to approve the April, 2011 minutes, Steve Hermanson 2nd. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report- Ann Carlson presented the January through April, 2011 Profit and Loss Budget for the Board to view. Ann noted that the Town received its second quarter State Transportation Aid payment of $21,783.93 and Lottery Credit of $3163.69.
